Refund Policy

At DividendChase LTD, we strive to provide high-quality, independent market research that meets the expectations of our sophisticated subscribers. Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of our services, we maintain a strict refund policy.

   1. General Policy

- Subscriptions and research reports are non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been downloaded/viewed.

- All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for change of mind, dissatisfaction with market outcomes, or inability to apply the research.

     2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances, at our sole discretion:

- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the purchased content due to a verifiable error on our platform (e.g., payment processed but no access granted), and the issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours.

- Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate payments for the same subscription period.

- Legal Requirements: Where a refund is mandated by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

    3. Refund Request Process

- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the purchase date.

- Email your request to support@dividendchase.com with:

  - Your full name and email used for purchase

  - Order/subscription number

  - Date of purchase

  - Detailed reason for the request

- We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

     4. Subscription Cancellations

- You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

- Access continues until the end of the paid period.

    5. No Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action to recover fees.
